Privacy

Your family's information is private to your account. Only you can see your child profiles, lessons, plans and portfolio — every record is locked to your login.

What we store

Your email, your children's first names or nicknames and the learning details you choose to add, the materials you generate and save, and any work samples you upload. We never ask for medical diagnoses.

AI generation

When you generate a lesson, the details of the selected child profile are sent to our AI service to personalise it. Please review all AI-generated material before using it.

Your control

You can delete any child profile at any time, and delete all of your family's data — or your whole account — from Account settings.

Reporting

LearnNest helps you organise evidence for home education reporting (for example in Queensland), but generated summaries do not automatically satisfy any government requirement.
